Rising Tides Financial Planning (RTFP) provides retirement planning and other financial advice.
The Annual Plan provides clients initial plan establishment, then semi-annual (twice a year) retirement plan review and rebalancing recommendations. The Annual Plan includes client financial data, risk and goals review, recommendation development and an hour of virtual client consultation, twice a year.
Clients will also have 24 / 7 / 365 access to their personal financial planning portal and access to Rising Tides webinars. Appropriate for those seeking professional retirement planning advice on an on-going basis.

For individuals seeking one time support to address a specific issue and obtain advice, Financial Consultation on a single issue is available at a per hour rate. An estimate will be provided based on the complexity of the issue. This service does not provide year round access to to the planning portal.

Pricing
Rising Tides Financial Planning provides pricing to make professional financial planning advice more affordable to those who might feel "priced out" of most financial planning services. The RTFP pricing model seeks to make financial planning available at reasonable rates, to those early in their financial journey and those who don't feel comfortable paying high fees, yet would like personalized financial planning assistance.
Many Financial Advisors charge by "Assets Under Management" (AUM) and generally look for clients with more than $500,000, as they charge a percentage (average 1.0%) of the total. RTFP wants to be more affordable and has established an alternative pricing model. ​
The RTFP Annual Plan rate is determined by your annual household (combined) income,
until the Assets Under Advisement threshold of $200,000 is reached*.
Annual Household Income: Rising Tides Annual Plan fee:
$25,000 to $74,999 $400
$75, 000 to $124,999 $500
$125,000 to $174,999 $600
$175,000 to $249,999 $750
$250,00 to $500,000 $1,000
* Should household investable assets total over $200,000, the annual fee will be based on 0.4% of Assets under Advisement (AUA).
Example: AUA of $200,000 x 0.4% = $800, AUA of $300,000 x 0.4% = $1,200.
Fee based on Household Income scale OR over $200K scale once achieved - not combined.

​​Your fee will be clearly spelled out in our annual contract and we'll make any pricing adjustments only once a year. The rate will be mutually agreed upon, based on your income (or AUA if applicable). It will only go up when you make more money / have more money (AUA) and will be proportional to your increase. This pricing model provides a means of offering affordable service to more people. Fees may be paid on a monthly or quarterly basis and the annual agreement may be cancelled at any time with 30 days notice (refund pro-rated).

For all annual plan clients, there is also a one-time set-up fee of $75 to $200 (based on complexity). This includes a 30 minute consultation to see if we are a good fit to work together and the account set up time for you. If we determine that we are not a good fit, and no work is done, there is no fee. ​
